Orton-Gillingham of MN is accredited by The International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) at the Teacher and Instructor-of-Teachers levels. The announcement was made and a certificate was presented at the November 2014 meeting of the IMSLEC Council in San Diego. The mission of IMSLEC is to accredit quality training courses for the professional preparation of multisensory structured language education specialists. Accredited organizations, in turn, determine which applicants can be certified individually. Member organizations approved by IMSLEC have been pre-approved for membership in the IDA Alliance.
